About Attorney Winsor Daniel Jr.

Winsor Daniel Jr. is the founder and managing partner of this firm. His legal work frequently addresses business, real estate and civil litigation matters; however, Mr. Daniel’s legal skills expand to various areas of law.  Mr. Daniel’s legal experience includes criminal, civil, transactional and litigation cases. His mission is to provide cost effective quality legal representation

Mr. Daniel received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Rider University, his Masters in Business Administration from Rider University and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar after working at the Attorney General Office and the Public Defender’s Office in Fort Lauderdale Florida.  Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Daniel joined an insurance defense firm which allowed him the opportunity to be actively involved and in charge of complex civil litigation cases early in his career.

Subsequently, Mr. Daniel moved to a small boutique firm which specialized in the area of real estate wherein he was in charge of an extensive case load including over 100 associations. Armed with the tools of education and experience, Mr. Daniel ultimately moved out in private practice where he has dedicated his practice to providing cost effective quality legal representation.
