$500.00 per month: This business retainer includes 5 hours of legal services. Your legal rate with the firm would also be locked in at $150 per hour for any legal services performed by the firm that is over and beyond the 5 allotted hours. This is ideal for businesses that need moderate legal assistance. Usually needing periodical document/contract review and drafting. You also can utilize the monthly hours risk management as a way of minimizing legal exposure. Some examples include: reviewing contracts, drafting contracts, implementing polices and implementing procedures. In addition, you would have our firm locked in at a reduced rate for the legal services provided by the firm.
$300.00 per month: This business retainer includes 3 hours of legal services. Your legal rate with the firm would also be locked in at $175 per hour for any legal services performed by the firm that is over and beyond the 3 allotted hours. This is specially designed for businesses who occasionally need legal assistance. A lighter version of the $500 per month retainer agreement.
$150.00 per month: This business retainer includes 1 hour of legal services. Your legal rate with the firm would also be locked in at $200 per hour for any legal services performed by the firm that is over and beyond the 1 allotted hour. This is offered for the businesses whose primary purpose is to lock in the reduced hourly rate. With savings of $100 per hour, this retainer usually justifies itself with the first legal issue the firm handles for your business.
INDIVIDUAL RETAINERS
$500.00 per month: This individual retainer includes 5 hours of legal services. Your legal rate with the firm would also be locked in at $100 per hour for any legal services performed by the firm that is over and beyond the 5 allotted hours. This is for the individual that would need legal advice periodically. It provides just enough legal assistance for the everyday legal issues and locks our firm at a 50% discounted legal rate.
$100.00 per month: This individual retainer includes 1 hour of legal services. Your legal rate with the firm would also be locked in at $150 per hour for any legal services performed by the firm that is over and beyond the 1 allotted hour. This is offered for the individual whose primary purpose is to lock in the reduced hourly rate. With savings of $100 per hour, this retainer usually justifies itself with the first legal issue the firm handles for you.
